Our P&O Cruises Stars of the Year 2026

Recognising crew who SHINE the brightest.

Our onboard recognition programme the SHINE Awards, recognises and celebrates our people for living our Core Values as well as our SHINE service promise.

We recognise our shining stars on board at the monthly SHINE Awards – where our Core Values and SHINE winners are announced and receive £200, a certificate signed by the Captain, a pin to wear and a photo of the occasion. There is also the opportunity for a SHINE Awards team winner of the month too!

Each year an overall SHINE winner and an overall Core Values winner is chosen and we’re pleased to announce our P&O Cruises Stars of the Year for 2025!.

What’s the prize as Star of the Year?

Each winner of the year receives a certificate, £1,500 and ‘Star for the Day’ treatment which includes:

• A one-night stay in a Suite/Mini-suite/Balcony cabin with breakfast
• £100 to spend in any of the retail shops on board
• One 50-minute massage in the spa
• A dinner for two in a ship’s speciality restaurant
• Invite to an evening performance in the theatre
• A tour of the bridge and engine room or the galley/back of house
• Free streaming internet package
