Onboard training overview

The on-board trainer is responsible for delivering training and development programmes to all of the on-board crew. Making sure that the crew are well trained as well as aware of safety and related issues is absolutely central to this position. It is the responsibility of the on-board trainer to make sure that the highest levels of learning and development are offered on board and that it is delivered in a fun and engaging way.
