In Britannia’s food and beverage team, there’s one name that’s synonymous with excellence, warmth and team spirit; Executive Chef Trevor Glass.

Recently, the team came together to mark Trevor’s birthday, but this was no ordinary celebration. It was a heartfelt tribute to a man who’s spent nearly 40 years crafting extraordinary dishes and nurturing an inclusive, respectful and spirited galley team.
