Arcadia and Aurora open to all ages
Starting December 2026, families will be welcome aboard P&O Cruises current adult-only ships, Arcadia and Aurora.
There’ll be twelve holidays on sale on Aurora, and eight on Arcadia, open to guests of all ages through to September 2027 – plus even more winter 2027-28 sailings will be available when P&O Cruises unveils it’s Winter itineraries later this month.

“A recent study showed that multi-generational travel is a rising trend. Over 30% of families are now cruising with at least two generations onboard, and nearly a third (28%) travel with three to five generations. So, following guest feedback we are inviting all ages to join Arcadia and Aurora, on selected holidays – there will be a variety of activities suitable for all ages, something for the whole family to enjoy.
This change means 23% more cruise options for families during the 2027 school summer holidays, giving multi-generational groups sailing from Southampton even more choice.
Arcadia and Aurora will continue to offer holidays exclusively for adults for the majority of the year but this selection of holidays for all ages will enable families to holiday together during specific times of the year. ”
